Starting Labor Day weekend, chef Jason Goodenough is launching brunch at his acclaimed Riverbend stunner Carrollton Market.  The first service will roll out on Sunday September 6 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and every following Sunday with menu items including plates of Benton’s Bacon, house made maple breakfast sausage, cinammon rolls and even a burger (btw, that is a tentative menu, so dishes wills likely be change somewhat before service starts.). Meanwhile Goodenough tells Eater, “I’ve been working on perfecting my technique for buttermilk and bacon fat biscuits, so those may appear as a side at some point too.”  Brunch cocktails will also abound.
