Chef Goodenough will reunite with his classmate from The Culinary Institute of America, Chef Aaron Bludorn, to cook Lundi Gras and Mardi Gras collaboration dinners in New York City.  Chef Bludorn and his boss — Chef Daniel Boulud — have been gracious enough to invite Chef Goodenough to Cafe Boulud for these two special dinners.
