On Valentine’s Day (Wednesday, February 14th) Chef Jason and his team will be travelling to Leland, Mississippi to pop-up Carrollton Market at the former Vince’s Restaurant.  The evening will feature a choice of some of New Orleans’ finest food, as well as wine, beer and specialty cocktails crafted by our bar manager Dusty Mars.  Dishes will include, but are not limited to, chef’s famous Crispy and Smoky Duck Confit, Oysters Goodenough (widely considered one of New Orleans’ finest oyster dishes), Cane Syrup-Glazed Pork Belly and Potato-Crusted Redfish.  Check back here regularly for the menu and other updates.

Tickets will be available after January 15th at:

Planters Bank, Hwy 82, Leland, MS

Montage Marketplace, Hwy 82, Greenville, MS

All proceeds from this event will be donated to Leland ARRF (Animal Rescue and Relief Fellowship), a 501(c)3 animal rescue and shelter in Leland.  Chef Goodenough’s late mother-in-law, Kathy Frankel Smith, was a great lover and protector of animals.  Thanks to the generosity of La-Z-Boy, the opportunity to build a one-acre dog run at ARRF’s new shelter has arisen.  Chef Jason’s goal is to raise enough funds to fence-in the run and name it after his mother-in-law.
